The two-story Lake House has a fitness center, a grand room for meetings and events up to 100 people, an overlook room for smaller gatherings, a complimentary coffee bar with a workstation and several seating areas — all with lakefront views.

The Hawthorne, as the development will be called, will be located at 5656 San Felipe St. and will have 67 units for sale when it is completed.
