Renovation plans were recently announced for two suburban retail properties: a 433,667-square-foot center in Cypress and a 1980s-era plaza in Missouri City. Meanwhile, a 141,450-square-foot shopping center in Tomball also recently changed hands.

“In response to the increased demand for residential properties throughout Texas, we have increased the residential component in the new development plans for this project,” said Stratus Properties Chairman and CEO William Armstrong.
