I’m looking for some type of guided mediation class or group classes at a location that doesn’t push the religious or spiritual aspect of the experience. I keep running into the hippy, spouting nonsense as meditation as a panacea kind of cure places.

Can you all recommend a couple of good places that teach/guide one through various types of meditative practices such as transcendental meditation, mindfulness , breath focus etc.
