Building "Bridges" Across the Bayou City!
I know you’re supposed to have it by law, but I have always seen a bunch of drivers without one including my friend who has done it for many years, so looks like it’s not a concern for many.
what’s the likelihood of cops catching and fine for this, and do they even care if we don’t have one?
