Zoo Lights – need advice

Hello! My department at work decided we’re going to the Houston Zoo Lights for our holiday celebration and I get to organize it, yay! I’ve never been to the Houston Zoo! What are your best tips to make Zoo Lights epic? Is there good food available or should I plan a dinner beforehand? Is the hot chocolate/s’more add on worth it? Parking tips and tricks? I need all the help I can get! Thanks!
