Zip codes in Conroe or Katy.

Hello!

My husband and I and our two kids are more than likely going to be moving to the area next year for my husbands job. We will be coming from DFW.

I have been looking around for some rental houses either in Conroe or Katy. I’m not familiar with the area, so I’m not sure of any areas that I would need to watch out for. So I’d like to get some of the best zip codes I could start searching in, and zip codes I should stay away from.
