Zero deductible windshield insurance

Do any auto insurance companies in Houston offer the zero deductible windshield policies anymore? I know Progressive used to, but they definitely don't anymore.

My window gets seriously cracked once a year in this city, and it gets expensive shelling out for my deductible every time.
