Yummy & Affordable Tres Leches in SW Houston

My niece would like a Tres Leches cake for her birthday and I’m looking for a yummy and affordable Tres Leches sheet cake I can get in SW Houston specifically around Sugar Land/Missouri City area.

I did a search on here and saw Churrascos recommended over the years. They have a location here in Sugar Land but I honestly can’t afford a $64 cake right now. Any recommendations for a good Tres Leches cake that’s large enough for about 6 people and on the affordable side? Thanks so much r/houston!
