Youth Soccer in Cypress / Houston?

Hope everyone is having a great day! My younger brother, 10 turning 11 soon, would love to join a soccer team. Any recommendations on teams you all have experience? I use to work for a popular club many years ago, but their prices are kinda outrageous these days for both recreational and competitive teams.
