Youth Centers in Need

I work for a company and we're planning to start a CSR program. We want to volunteer as a group more and are looking for opportunities in the Houston area. It's hard to find volunteer opportunities that aren't on a weekly basis or can handle a large group. I'm wondering if there are any youth centers we can partner with to do projects like painting or cleaning/pressure washing etc. So my question is, do y'all know of any youth centers in need or anyone I could contact about this. Google hasn't been helpful!
