You’re Nick Caserio. What’s your off-season plan this year?

Don't say stuff that'll never happen like "fire Easterby" or "make Janice sell the team". If I'm Nick, I'm wasting no time firing Culley. The product is unwatchable. I'm letting Culley and TK at least and I'm going to find another young coach or at least a young smart OC. Secondly, I'm praying DeTraitor has settled so I can ship him for picks. After I fill out my new coaching staff I'm looking for F/A and evaluating which players to re-sign. You have quite a bit of cap space now so choose wisely to fill in some positions (I'm really hoping there's a young guard we can poach). Draft night, idc what anyone says in this sub but I'm taking Corral if he's there. He passes my eye test and I think he'll translate nicely if you give him the right environment. The rest of the draft and F/A I'm making sure I'm stacking my OL with young talent to pass and run block. Corral can sit for a year, he doesn't have to be thrown into the fire. The rest of the season is probably being used to evaluate if we want to re-sign Taylor or if we should go get another veteran to start. If that veteran gets hurt then I'll play Mills who should really take this off-season seriously. As for defense, even though OL is priority, you should have enough capital to get a decent corner, LB and/or safety and that'll have to do for now. I'm also going to sign plenty of UDFAs.
