Your Steakhouse Recommendations?

Hi, my friend and I will be visiting next weekend and I'm looking for a steakhouse. Looking for these things: 1) no chain that is available in South Florida (so Pappas Bros Steakhouse is fine, but Morton's, Fleming's, Perry's, Capital Grille, Texas de Brazil, etc. are not). 2) A place I can keep a meal for two people under $250. Neither of us drink alcohol so this should help a lot. Many thanks in advance!
