Yellow lot parking questions

I am looking at going to my first Texans game for the lions Texans SNF. Looks like the yellow lot is the place to be. I see on vivid seats that you can buy a yellow lot pass for about $50. Each one has a row number. Does this matter? Also how early can you get in the lot for a SNF game? Any help is great, thanks!
