Year in Review: Huntsman Corp.’s $718M sale of Textile Effects division was a Deal of the Week
Editor’s note: Through the end of December, we’re taking a look back on the Deals of the Week from 2022. This was the Deal of the Week for the Houston Business Journal’s Aug. 12-18 edition.
The deal is slated to close in the first half of 2023, but the Textile Effects division is now reported as discontinued operations on the income and cash flow statements and held for sale on the balance sheet, according to Huntsman’s third-quarter earnings report.
