Yard Maintenance?

I have spent the better part of 2 weeks calling companies to provide a quote on weekly clearing of sticks, leaves and weeds from my boss’s yard. I’ve contacted dozens of companies, several of which hung up on me or plainly stated they do not accept jobs that don’t include mowing the yard. I find this highly strange – my boss does not have grass in his yard, so there is nothing to mow. Many have scheduled onsite appointments, but only one ever actually showed up. After walking them through the property, they said I would receive a quote. I never did and when I called back to check, they acted like they had no idea what I was talking about.

I need recommendations on a reliable yard crew that can help my boss weekly. He previously had this handled for about $40-50 weekly. He’s located near rice village. I would appreciate any help or advice because at this point I’m majorly confused as to why this has been such an extended process. All companies I contacted had high ratings online.
