XFL suspends remainder of 2020 season over coronavirus, commits to returning in 2021

The XFL announced the night of Thursday, March 12, that it has suspended the remainder of its inaugural season because of the coronavirus. 

However, players will receive their pay, and all fans will receive refunds or vouchers for next season, according to an announcement from XFL Commissioner Oliver Luck.
