XFL Houston team hires coaches, staff ahead of revamped league kicking off
In July, Houston was selected as one of the eight host cities for XFL teams in the revamped league, and Wade Phillips was announced as the local head coach. Now, the team has hired 11 assistant coaches and staff for football operations.
