XFL finally set to unveil cities for league’s 2023 restart
The XFL’s previous iteration had a team in Houston — the Houston Roughnecks — when the rebooted league kicked off in February 2020. Now under new ownership, the XFL will announce the cities and venues for its 2023 restart on July 24.
