Xavien Howard to Houston?

What’s up guys this is my first post in here so we’ll see how it goes. Recently release Howard has strong interest in Houston and I know he used to be a dawg but what is everyone’s opinions on him now. I thought he was still great but I’m seeing mixed reviews online and he was just released so who knows.
