WTF are these bugs coming up my drains!??

Yall, what the heck are these things? I saw some crawling on my wall next to my window. Then I want into the bathroom and there was one crawling up the side of the sink, the tub and in the toilet. I'm 99% sure they had to have come up a drain because the bathroom is in the middle of the apartment and very far from the window. WTF are they and how do I get rid of them 😭😭.
