Would you take I-10 or 90?

I'm driving from the Webster area to San Antonio tomorrow morning. Would you take I-10 or 90? We drove over here a few days ago on I-10, and there was a lot of construction. Took us forever! Would 90 be better, or would it end up being just as slow?
