Would you recommend Houston Community College Associate Degree Nursing program?

I am interested in applying to HCCs associate degree of nursing program, but I have read mixed things about the program regarding the professors, disorganization of the program, and pass rates. I am also concerned about the scandal they had a couple of years back, getting shut down for low pass rates. If you have graduated from the program or know someone in it, would you say it's a good place to get your ADN? Have things changed since getting shut down?
