Would you live/buy a home on Vassar Street in Boulevard Oaks even if it backs up to 59?

Here’s what the Google Street view looks like for those that aren’t familiar. Apart from being next to the highway (below grade section of 59), it’s a beautiful tree-lined street, close to everything, and is zoned to great public schools.
