Would you hire someone holding a sign that says "Need Work" or "Need a Job"

The only good reason I could think why this person wouldn't be hired is because they'd be assumed to be homeless & not have their paperwork, but supposesuppose the person has all their paperwork, would you hire them? What job would you give them?
