Would Watson for Garoppolo be a good deal if the Niners threw in picks?

Basically what the title says. What are your thoughts on a Watson-Garoppolo swap? Would the Niners be willing to throw in 1st rounds picks with Garoppolo's injury history?

Obviously Watson is a better QB across the board. But, IMHO, I wouldn't mind starting fresh with a QB of Garoppolo's caliber.
