Would Mills Be A 2022 1st Rounder?

If Mills played another year of college, and declared for the 2022 NFL Draft, do you think he would be a 1st round draft pick – opposed to his 3rd round draft status last year (declaring a year early)?

If yes, does this mean we got a stole a 1st rounder for a 3rd round pick? I can take a big sip to that.
