Would Houston still be livable/affordable if the power bill went double or triple in the future?
The current heat is pretty brutal, and our ACs are running almost 24/7 to keep up. We are still OK because the power bills are not too bad now. Though some people are already suffering by the high bills. It went from 6-8c to now 13-15c per kw.
There is no indication that the climate is getting any better, and also nothing can stop the power price from getting even higher like 20-30c. What do yall think?
