worst traffic times

Hi my family and i will be traveling through houston saturday we’re about 5-6 hours away and i was wondering when would be the best time to start driving to avoid the worst traffic time in downtown houston. We’ll be on I69… ik city traffic is always terrible but what time can we expect to see it not too crazy lol.. TIA

EDIT: i’ll be on I69 and exit on I10 heading towards louisiana!
