World Series Patch Question

I bought the 2022 World Series Replica Patch from the team store at MMP and I was trying to figure out how to put it on my jersey so I looked it up on their website. Basically, it says "not intended for application onto apparel".

So the question is, has anyone successfully put this on their jerseys yet? If so, did you just iron it??
