Workplace Perks

I'm currently searching for my next career. Most of the time companies offer the same benefits and perks: insurance, pto, etc. But every now and then you come across an interesting benefit– unlimited vacation, free lunch, to name a few. Does your workplace have any unique or awesome benefits/perks?
