Working for the hospitals

Hi, does anyone here work in pharmacy in any of the hospitals here? Do you like it? What should I expect for interviews? How is the work environment? I want to work nightshift because I am in school and that would just work out better for me. I am leaning towards Memorial Hermann, I did get to do an online interview thing which led me to no longer be considered, I hope its because I am not certified for sterile compounding yet and not because of my answers 🙁 I also applied to MD Anderson but I didnt pass the skills assessment, i feel like all my answers were what they wanted to hear for my responses but I don't know. Kinda discouraging.
