Workforce dropping calls.

My wife has been unemployed since November. She was told that before her unemployment runs out she would receive paperwork to verify an extension. She never got the paperwork or email and no more funds are being paid out. She has tried calling workforce but either has had the call dropped of has been hung up on. Is there a number to call to get past all the call drops? Or a person to get a hold of via email. We live in stafford.
