Worked as a poll worker and here’s some more information if y’all are interested

Hi y’all! I had the great opportunity to work as a poll worker (clerk) on Election Day yesterday. It was a really eye opening experience to learn about voting and how it all works. If you want to do it then sign up at harrisvotes and call their office to get a recruiter. They also accept student workers as well if you’re in high school! There is a mandatory paid training. The pay is $17 a hour and you will work from 5:30 am-8 pm typically on voting day. If you’re a judge that position pays $20 a hour but you’ll have to do more work the day before and the day of voting.

There is an upcoming run-off election for early voting and May 24!
