Woodlands to downtown buses

Hi there

I am thinking of moving to the woodlands but would be commuting via bus to downtown for work. I cannot drive due to health reasons so I am wanting to know what buses are like from woodlands to Houston and how frequent they run?

I have tried googling but find the whole thing so confusing 😂, I am from Aus and our public transport timetables are a bit different.
