Woodlands/Spring Apartment recommendations for single 30M professional
Hello fellow Houstonians, recently started a role with a really good company and shopping for apartments. Quite overwhelmed with the number of choices and I don’t know the area so well, nor do I have many friends here. I don’t really have a budget, but I’d like to stay <$1.4k for a 1 bedroom (not a studio) with a living room. Ideally I can be close to 99, but not a requirement.
I like to be active and am very into fitness, so I’d prefer to be near running/biking areas, but not mandatory as I can drive. I care more about the energy of the building and surrounding area. Looking for other active, young, single professionals. A great pool/gym is a huge plus for me. Community events are also great. I don’t have any pets, but maybe I’ll meet my future wife walking hers and become its step daddy.
I welcome any and all input regarding locations or specific apartments to check out! Thank you
