Woodlake on the Bayou Apartments?

I'm looking for a review of some sorta if you or anyone you know has lived there. They quoted me a pretty good price for a pretty big one bedroom apartment. The apartment is a little outdated but that is not necessarily a bad thing in my eyes, as long as it works. The area seems quiet, but not necessarily sketchy. It's close to my work and I love how woodsy the area is but I just hope there is nothing bad I'm just not seeing. Any thoughts ?
