Women’s suit buying/tailoring

Does anyone know of a place to buy women’s suits with tailoring in house? I am hoping for somewhere I can pick out a suits, try it on, have someone mark alterations and pick it up later. I’m unsure what constitute a suit that fits “well” and what to look out for when shopping.
