Women’s sobriety group

Hi all, I live in Cypress, and I’ve recently been dealing with the struggle to cut back on drinking. A lot of my drinking is due to social anxiety. I was curious if there is a group of women, maybe in late 20’s or 30’s, who meet up just to talk about coping mechanisms for sobriety. Maybe while also incorporating another hobby like art or reading, or something new to try out. I’m hesitant to join an AA meeting because I’m really just looking for something a little bit relaxed and less structured. I’m not at all religious, and I find that most AA meetings I’ve been to always incorporate a god of some variety.

If there is a group out there like this, will you message me? Or even if you’re interested in joining? Again, I live in Cypress so with my job it’s difficult it try to drive into Houston; if there are any Cypress women interested. Please let me know. Thank you 😊
