Women’s shelter that accepts animals?

Hi all, a friend of mine has recently been in a sticky situation with a roommate where she and her cat needed to move immediately, but she’s got nowhere to go. She’s currently working (Galleria area) and was hoping to stay in a women’s shelter close to there so she can easily get to and from work. However, she has an ESA. I’ve been trying to call different shelters but so far I’m only getting voicemails and no results, does anyone know of any that’ll accept her and her animal? (The animal has a cage where it can be locked away while she’s gone)
