Women’s hospital of texas –

I will be giving birth in women's hospital texas in October 2024. A latest Google search about them let me to all negative reviews and now I am wondering if I should change the hospital, or should I take the reviews with a grain of salt ( as usualy the people who leave reviews are the ones with negative experiences). I would really appreciate if you could provide how your experience went if you gave birth recently, regarding nurses ( are the understaffed, kind, empathetic ,friendly,etc), cleanliness, infection control, food , or anything you can share ) . I will be a planned c section due to my ob history.
