Woke up to 5 cops with a K9 in my backyard at 2am.

Hi, not sure if anyone knows what was happening yesterday around 288 and Yellowstone area, woke up to my dogs barking and when I went to backyard there were 5 cops with rifles and a huge German Shepard in my backyard, I didn’t even know they could just knock down my gates to enter my backyard but apparently they can. I heard a helicopter as well, when I asked them what was going on they told me they were looking for someone in my yard..
