Window Repair Recommendations – Heights

Hey there, just looking for recommendations for a window repair service, ideally someone affordable 😅

I had the inner pane of a 3'x5' picture window shatter (outer pane is intact).

Quotes I received so far are just them wanting to rip the the whole frame put and do a full replacement despite the outer pane being good and the adjoining window being intact.
