Willow Meadows / Willowbend Area, or Westbury, where would you live if you were a single person looking to own a home?

Hey all. Just wanted to get some insight on the Willow Meadows/ Westbury part of town, anyone on the sub rent/own a home there? What’s the neighborhood feel? Do you feel safe?

I read the sidebar/wiki about places to live and know the Chimney Rock/Hillcroft part of Westbury is the better part so if anybody lives there specifically would love to hear your opinions!

I’m a mid 20s single guy who is looking into home ownership in the next couple of years and while I’d love to live in Montrose/Midtown/Heights, real estate prices are a bit too high for my price range. Was just hoping to hear any firsthand experiences anybody had with the areas I mentioned!
