Will they clear up roads Tuesday

I'm from midwest, first yr in Houston. I am used to driving in the snow but idk how things work here. Just trying to get a picture of how roads will be like Tuesday morning and afternoon here in Houston (specifically TMC area) since I heard the whole city shuts down when y'all gets snow. Im a nurse and is part of the ride out team so I have to work Monday night and Tuesday night. I live only 2 miles away from the hospital (TMC).

Will roads be salted? Do y'all have snow plowers here? Will snow be plowed Tuesday?

My hospital has arrangements for us to stay at the hospital until Wednesday but I might just walk 30min home if the roads are not cleaned. Thank you!
