Will the All-Star game and HR Derby ever come back to Houston?

I was to young to enjoy & go to the first one but now that i’m older, make decent money to where i’d be able to go and watch baseball a lot more I was wondering if you guys think it will ever come back? I’d mostly want to go to the Home Run Derby more than the All Star game as I believe it’s been watered down a bit. Just my opinion though.
