Will NFC championship affect Texans’ appointment as a new manager?

I know that Shane Steichen(Eagles OC), Jonathan Gannon(Eagles DC), and Demeco Ryans(49ers DC) are all candidates of head coach of Texans. So I think Caserio will have a great interest in Eagles VS 49ers. What do you think?

P.S.- I'm Eagles fan who likes Gannon, but I think Ryans is ideal for Texans.
