Will Deshaun play?

I have been distraught with the Texans news. Sucks to watch all the news, felt like the coach hire really came out of left field. I guess this is more of a general question. If Deshaun decides to sit out and not play until traded how does that impact trade value? Should we suck it up and trade him or play it out? What returns would be expected? Sorry if I seem ignorant.
