Wife birthday coming up, looking for best Ice Cream Cake in Houston?

Hey guys, still kind of new to Houston. Anybody have any ice cream cake shop they recommend in Houston? She doesn't like it too sweet. When we were in NYC, there are several Japanese bakery that made ice cream cake that wasn't overloaded with sugar. Looking for something similar. Thanks!
