Why was I10W at Dairy Ashford closed this morning?

I got stuck in the traffic jam at 5:50 AM starting at the BW exit to I10W. Took about an hour to reach Dairy Ashford. Looks like all non HOV lanes were blocked off. submitted by /u/txs2300 |
