Why the hell is everything so packed? I thought inflation is through the roof, everyone is getting paid dirt, and gas prices are insane making everyone stay at home.

Literally, how the hell is everything packed. You’d think Houston is facing an economic boom and everyone is making 6 figures. Been reading the news and there’s record inflation, gas prices, student loans, medical debt, etc. but step outside and it seems as none of that exists.
